Hit the sack on my way home from giving Dakota creek a try this evening. Water looks good but low. Was hoping to at least see some fish but nothing. Through some dick nites, spinners and tried jigging a couple holes but no luck. Wish there were more opportunities this year to fish other rivers but we are getting shafted. Hopefully somebody other than the damn nets are catching something.

Now now now, we all know that's their way of conservation, I have a gut feeling that all the coho we were catching prior to Sept 1 are long gone in the nets as well, I have been finding nets pulled from the waters, and honestly i think it's some of our fellow fisherman that have been doing it....... I can't condone it and therefore instead of pulling them CUT THE LIVING HELL OUT OF THEM>>>>>>> We know goddamn well the state isn't doing a damn thing about it and we are..... NOOKSACK TRIBE is going down....

Every fish I’ve landed this season has been small and scarred with net marks.

I dont beileve the nooksack tribe is to blame its the lummis i drive over the bridge off of bancroft every day twice taking my kid to school theres always 5 nets out and they are only giving the fis a three foot hole to pass through i have also seen dozens of fish just piled on the bank rotting the lummis are tge real offenders here and they het tge first shot at fish since since they net the tidal part. Most of those scared fish are comung from inbred lummi nets
