I slept in and didn’t start fishing until almost 9am. It was about 50 degrees out and dripping wet. The fog was above the trees so visibility was ok. Water temp was 57.
I started fishing around Picnic Point to Silcox without any action and that is what the video showed me. So when I went over toward Russel Landing I got the cutthroat. I didn’t have any other bites but the camera showed fish there.
I did stop to fish for perch. I was trolling and saw a school on the finder and let my gear stop and sink. Awesome footage. But I didn’t do it for long. I was cold.
