Beautiful day on Pine Lake...it's a hell of a 2 mile hike with any kind of gear but the complete solitude and stillness of a "mountain" lake was worth any leg soreness the next day. Only fished for about 90 minutes but brought three cutthroats to shore, losing one as I pulled it out of the water. Not particularly fat but a good 12-14" range. Like seemingly everywhere else this year, chartreuse power eggs on anywhere between 18" and 42" 4lb leaders. Released all of em.
