Trolled the North end around noon with spoons and got no takers. Tried from 15' to 25'.

Switched to a chart. wiggle hoochie (with a rig float bead inside) running 20" behind a chart. double-d dodger down at 15'. The first take down came 15 minutes later - about 2:30pm. It was a really feisty 20" cutthroat with sea lice. Just after getting the line back out, another one hit. Smaller with lots of color, maybe a kelt. Not nearly as much fight, thought it might have been a perch on the way up. After another lap, a second strong takedown and a second big chrome searun. That little savage felt like a much, much heavier fish. All C&R.

First time I've tried the double-d/wiggle hoochie combo. Their actions looked really good together.
