Another solid outing at Rattlesnake. Went out after work again and had the boat in the water by 5:30pm. (Took a second to find the fish (the have moved to a different part of the lake since I was last there) Also wasn't getting any action on my needle fish or kastmaster so I started trolling flies and then it was game on.

*Side note: I had noticed fish surfacing and also the presence of mosquito's which is what lead me to deciding on a flies. It seemed to make the most sense at that moment and turned out I was right.

Had a bit more more excitement when an eagle decided to swoop down on a fish I was reeling in, happened 3x actually. I managed to pull the fish out from under him when his talons hit the water. Pretty wild..

Fish were feeding on top and was using my smallest split shot weight about 16in up from the fly. Most fish were in the 11-12 inch range and all we're released.
