Had half hour to kill on the way home so stopped by Beaver Lake to see what I could see. In the water at 4:05 casting from the park side.

Few minutes in, small bite, no fish. 10 minutes later, small bite which resulted in....small fish. Okay, give it another 5 minutes or so.

4 minutes later, BAM!!!!! Big hit! Using ultra light pole and 4 lb test, this is going to fun and it was! Fought and landed a nice 19 fat trip who had seen his time in action as he had another broken off leader in his mouth.
