Took my Granddaughter to the Yakima Greenway Kids Fishin' this morning (Sarge Hubbard Pond). The wind blew really hard making it difficult to cast but she had a great time and caught her two fish limit in about 20 minutes. One fish was about 16 inches and gave her quite a tussle to get it to shore. A big thank you to the sponsors of this event for all of their time and effort to get youngsters out doors (away from their cell phones) and introducing them to the sport of fishing. Each kid received a really nice fishing pole.
