Figured me and my buddy would check out the lake since it was only about 10 minutes from his cabin. Read some good reviews. When we got there, we couldnt get over the stench. There at the launch was a 24+ inch? Trout dead and floatin. We soon found about 15 more trout in the bushes. They kept getting pushed up to the launch and there was also 2 more off to the side. 1 more was at the launch when we were leaving. Not sure what is going on, whats poisoning the fish but just trout were being washed up. Havent called wdfw yet but i will, they need to get out there and figure out what is going on. Its too bad because its a nice quaint lake. The pads on the right side of the launch look good. We saw a bunch of bass feeding on frogs and stuff but we couldnt get any of them to bite.
