Just had to get out in this beautiful sunshine! Hit the lake around 1:15 and headed north, found a cutty and a koke right away around 2. This might sound crazy but I have the best luck at the tide change, which was around 2. Hung out on the lake all day, just too nice to be floating to go home, fished everywhere, but in the end I went back to the north east area, where I NEVER fish and picked up 2 more kokes and 2 more cutties. 6 fish to smoke and take to South Carolina next week! What could be a better host gift? Great day on Lake Stevens
