Since Roosevelt boat launches are all dry, decided to hit Banks Lake with a couple of buddies. We launched at Steamboat Rock State Park and ran across to Barker Flats. Fished from 5 to 60 fow pulling worm harnesses in a variety of colors and styles. No Walleye and only one small perch in that area. Fished around a few rock piles and then ran down to the end of Steamboat Rock. Trolled around some more and found another small perch. Ended the day fishing closer to the boat launch and found yet another small perch. We were checked by a deputy on a wave runner and he said he had only seen one Walleye caught in all the boats he checked so I didn't feel too picked on. The weather was incredible and we had a good time despite the lack of fish.
