Just to clarify I was fishing the Snoqualmie River in fall city. Started off with a kastmaster ( single point barbless) and got a couple of small trout to follow it in but no hits. Switched to a trout magnet ( no barb) and got 2 aggressive follows by a 20 inch trout!! Scared me half to death. Kept fishing ( switched back to the kastmaster ) and hooked into a 15 inch trout, only to get off at my feet. Kept fishing hooked into 2 more 5 inch fish both getting off before the net. Now I get to a slower section first cast Boom kastmaster just stops. I set the hook hard, rod doubles over drag screames fish surfaces fight it, and boom slips off!! When I saw it, it had to be over 20+ inches huge fish!! Fish for 20 minutes more nothing. Last cast feel a tap, slight hooket fought it out and landed it in the net. Nice 9 or 10 inch wild rainbow, released to fight another day. Fun warm time out there, lots of rafters out there, stay safe, and tight lines.

Fall City? I fished there several times over the year, only little guys, like 5 inches long. Unbelievable you can get to see so many big ones. Nice job!

@p.t yeah fall city, you have to walk upstream or down stream to get away from the majority of the crowds. But I'm excited to go back.
