Lower Goose Lake provided lots of fun yesterday morning! Originally, I wanted to try trolling for Walleye. However, I could only mark fish in less than 20 FOW in a lake that runs to 45 FOW.

I'd have been an idiot to stay with that plan! I moved up to where the fish were and used a night crawler on a drop shot. BAM! Five Smallies in 2 hours I left a happy man! Most were in the 12" range with 1 at 14". That one started towing me around a bit!
