Launched the boat at 7:00am headed up to Douglas bar and anchored. Was twitching jigs and lost a good sized coho at the boat and caught and released a small jack. Then I was talking to a guide and the river closes for coho on 9/29. Can only fish for hatchery coho on the skykomish and Wallace rivers. So dumb.
