10/19/2018 8:50:04 AMYes, i was using 4in dick nite clown patterned dodgers. Gods tooth spoons were kokanee rigged. Russ has a video on how to rig them for kokanee. I ran 12 inch leaders. I am lazy with corn, i dont make my own. I buy pautzkes fire corn, natural color, and dye it orange with bad azz dye. Then i soak it over night in pro cure garlic bloody tuna oil. I keep it in a small tupperware type container in the fridge, and i keep it in a cooler while i am fishing. If you keep the corn cold it will last months. I get about 5-6 trips out of 1 jar of the fire corn. No cutthroat, but when i was cleaning the fish at home I did notice 1 of the smaller fish was a landlocked coho. Ive been told a few are in there, but have never noticed one in my catch until now. When they are small line that its hard to tell the difference. 2 ways i use to tell the difference arw the tail and the eyes. Good luck out there if you go!

10/19/2018 8:53:45 AMMeat is still firm and red. This years spawners are starting to turn, and when you land one its still pretty bright. After they are on ice a bit the color does darken a bit, but still great quality. You will catch some of next years spawners that will be bright, just smaller. Good luck if you head out!

10/19/2018 8:10:45 PMHaha.. I feel your pain (sweat). I too recently bought a dry suit. I went out with not even the thermal under garments, and I was dying. Then the Kokotat is literally impossible to remove your arms, in order to take off a shirt... so you just are Stuck in the sweat machine until you give in.

10/21/2018 2:48:57 PMThis was my first time fishing Stevens for kokes in the fall. In the spring and summer rhe morning is best, but there usually is a decent bite around noon. This day my fish all came closer to noon, but I dont know if thats always the case.
