Need rain!!! River was very low. So we scouted the river and found a couple of holes. Seen alot of fish but they have lockjaw. I believe the coho are waiting for rain to swim up Eagle Creek. I'm rating this a 2 because my buddy was able to get hooked up with a 23" buck. Tad on the dark side but good smoked with apple chips.
I read up on the rivers, first time fishing Oregon. I can see how our sister state duplicates Washington.......Beautiful.
