Kitsap received a plant of winter rainbows in the past week so got over there after 8 AM when the Park opens to try the luck. Beautiful morning, 4 other boats to compete with, put on the usual WMD to see if they still work. Took about 30 minutes of trolling to get the limit of rainbows. The Mag Lip/Old Goat plugs did the trick once again.
