Wildcat Lake closes at the end of the month but the holdovers from previous years and the spring plants are getting bigger. No other boats/bank fishermen to compete with, had the place to myself. Fished from 9 -11 AM using various plugs/spoons with only one solid hookup, a 14" cutthroat fell to the Blue Mag Lip plug. Tough compared to other lakes but a nice change.
