A buddy and I fished on the Hump for Steelhead. It was a beautiful day for fishing weather wise. We had fun, both of us landed 1 fish and lost 3 others. It was the first time I had ever drifted the river. I fished for the back for Fall Kings about 15 years ago. There is some great holes on the river. I can not wait to come back and do it again. Fishing for steelhead was tough but we found some good spots worked them hard and got some hookups. I have not drift fished for many years so it was a lot of fun to get out on the water. The fishing was not great but the ones i did not land make me want to go back out there right now and try and catch them.
