Was honored to be invited to fish with a friend I had not fished with before. We headed out to Lake Stevens and began fishing about 7:00am.
Fishing was very slow first couple of hours then bite started and in the end, God blessed with 10 fish between us. Most fish caught on God's Tooth spoon kokanee trolling rigs available at Reli lures but my friend on occasion was casting a jig at surfacing fish and managed to catch a few doing that. The best depth was 40'. We used 12" leaders and about 50' setbacks. Most fish caught on the new pending God's Tooth egg pattern!

****Update for those curious: in 2 to 4 weeks, 4 new patterns will be available and I will post where on our Facebook page and website. The patterns are: Red/White stripe, hammered copper, hammered nickel, and yellow trout. I have had some manufacturing challenges with the egg pattern so it is probably a good 2 to 3 months out. A surprise pattern will also be available about 2 to 3 months out also.
The God's Tooth dodgers are continuing to move forward and hoping to have those available July or August this year and will update as the availability date becomes more clear.
