This report is for 3/25 and 3/26. I made two trips back to my spot. Once again, it was bank casting grubs and jigs -- Quarter ounce jig and 3-5 inch grubs (colors varied). To fish this area, you must have waders or being able to put up with frigid water without getting hypothermia (lol). The weather for these two days has varied greatly. Yesterday was cloudy, breezy and cold. Today was sunny and windy, but the wind finally died by the time I left. Notable catches were: 4.80 pound Largemouth, 3.28 Largemouth and a nice 2.5 pound Smallmouth. I caught quite a few others in the 2-3 pound range. Great times!
