Figured the bite would be on in the John Day Pool but all the flooding has turned the river dark brown. Visibility is poor to non existent. Had a hard time seeing my slow death setup to check for spin. One bite. No fish. Talked to many other boats. Same or similar luck for everyone I talked to.
