The Pandemonium hit the water at Seven Bays around 9:00. We planned on spending the day trolling around looking for trout, and that's exactly what we did. Lots of looking, not much finding. We trolled down the shoreline to Hawk Creek and worked the area for a couple hours, then motored down to Sterling Point and worked back up the north side to A-Rock. Downriggers, flatlines, leaded lines, with spoons, flies, hoochies, Rapalas, spinners... nothing really seemed to attract any action. The total for the day was one nice wild fish released, and several hits that didn't stick. On the bright side, it was a beautiful day on the water and the scenery is always spectacular. With the current decline of the Rainbow fishery, maybe we should switch to Walleye???
