Went to Nunnally. Hate to say it but it was a little bit slow. The callibaetis mayflies were coming of in huge numbers, but the fish ingored well presented duns, cripples, and even nymphs. The mayflies seemed to be a masking hatch of sorts for some species of chironomid. Fins and tails were visible all day, but matching the emerging chironomid they were clearly feeding on was difficult. My best luck was on a silver bomber (sz12 or so) but the action as slow even then. Hit fish maybe 4 times all day. Hopefully it will improve.
