Fished Saturday and Sunday morning. Got a decent amount of 2 to 3 lb smallies. Then got a 6.5 lb largemouth under a dock. She mad 3 runs for the boat lift and I barely kept her out. Wow what a fight it was. All the fish were aggressive and we missed more fish than we hooked both days. Its heating up! Most fish were caught in open water 6 to 12 ft deep. Rocky areas and some weedlines too. Also thanks for the topwater advice branweeds! Tight lines!
