Fished from 7:;30 until 9:00. Caught 9 nice fat stockers 10-11". Fished 1/2 a night crawler on a size 8 baitholder hook 4' below a slip float, and lowered down to 6' by 9:30. Constant action. We were going to eat fish taco but decided to smoke them because were out of steelhead, and their fat enough to be worth it. I've found that scraps buried in the compost pile really fire it up.
