My wife and I went back to Bennington today. Fished 7:30 to 8:30 with a limit. Again fished 1/2 a crawler 5.5' deep below a slipflot. Fat 10-12" stockers, with the big ones having white meat vs the normal orange/pink for the rest. Fun, fast action and feisty little guys. Going shad fishing on the Snake Wednesday so i'll let you know how it goes, I've never been before.
