Hard to beat a good fishing day like today. Weather about 72, little wind, not very crowded on the lake, a good lunch and fish! Big feeessssh.

Started at 10:30and and wrapped 3:30pm. I boated 13, K boated 3 and P boated 13. We got a variety from pumpkinseed to largemouth bass to two trout at the end of the day.

The best part was plugging in an area where the conversation went like this: Me- "I remember only one season where we got into fish in this area, but none in any other year." K. - "Yup." P - "Yeah, that's right. We rarely caught anything right here. OH! #!&**%#* this is a big fish!" Me - "K! Get on your feet and get the net. I see it and it's a big fish!" After a few heart stopping moments of the fish diving deep upon seeing the net, we got him. A 20" largemouth bass. Measured and released to increase that breeding stock and catch another day.
