I had not been fishing since June 18th which is some kind of terrible record for me. I have been working on my overlander project. With that mostly sorted for the upcoming camping trips, I was able to get out last night for a couple of hours. I went to the home lake (only 10 min away) Devereaux. Got on the water at 6pm and fished the evening bite. Got off the water when the mosquito bite really started going. (bug spray is going in the tackle box!) Picked up 5 nice kokanee. Took a little bit to find what they wanted. The winning combination was the Arrowflash in silver and moon, with the white Kokanee NTO Scent Spinner and green beads with Shoepeg corn. 28 feet on the down rigger. I did get one on a Gold Arrowflash with the black kokanee NTO Scent Spinner and orange beads with the ProCure bloody tuna and garlic. That one was right on the surface as the sun was going down. Nice to be back on the water.

Here is the video of the trip. Enjoy!
