We started our fall king season near Drano Lake. We fished 3 days with great success. It's still early but we had a great morning bite then it seemed to slow down throughout the day. We trolled pro troll flashers in combination with 3.5 spinners and superbaits. Its seemed like pinks and coppers were the hot colors. Speed wise we really liked the 1.8 mph on our gps getting those flashers pumping a little harder. For scent we were really liking the graybills sand shrimp scent and also the graybills garlic scent. The river is still pretty warm and the fish are moving fast. We should see the bite get better over this next week.
