Fished out of Lyons Ferry this morning. Found lots of bass and a few perch in various spots. Today we found the fish to be in the deeper water, about the 10-15' mark, with some up to 20' deep. All near the bottom. Many of the fish were a pound +, though we got our share of smaller ones. While we got a few on plugs and plastics, the ticket today was a real nightcrawler fished on a plain jig hook, or a slip sinker setup. Let it fall, rest and then retrieve with small twitch and pause. Wind was pretty strong. Water read 68 degrees.
