Took my new pedal drive kayak out for a spin on my local lake. Fall is rolling in hard on the Okanogan and I suspect the trout would be eager to feed. My suspicions were confirmed and I caught numerous trout on both buoyant booby flies on a sinking line and balanced leeches under an indicator. Fish were particularly concentrated above weedbeds in 5-8' of water.
