Decided to go test my luck out on the river last minute. Left my house around 3 and was fishing around 3:40. Finally hooked up with a fish around 5. Nice and bright coho, and the meat was great. I snagged onto a few pinks but they luckily came off on their own. I fished next to the 522 bridge. I fished here 2 days ago and lost two nice fish. Caught it on a silver with green blade blue fox. Not sure why they are closing down the river so early... there seems to be a lot of fish in there. Sad...
