I fished from shore at the net pens site in the afternoon on 11/20/19 and only managed to snag gear - no fish. There were about 3 others fishing and no one else caught anything while I was there.

On the morning of Friday, 11/22/19, I fished from my boat by the middle pens, opposite the shore fishing site, and once again caught nothing. I marked some fish hanging out around 20' deep just downstream from the pens, but they weren't biting. I tried trolling lures, and I also dangled nightcrawlers with Powerbait and bait shrimp with Powerbait, but I got no bites. There were at least 10 anglers on shore and I saw no one catch a fish, although I heard one of them tell a tribal fish counter that one fish was caught by one of them.

I will also add that when I launched my boat at the launch just upstream from the middle pens, there were three other boats that launched and headed to the upstream pens. When I came back out of the water after a few hours, two of the boats were still fishing the upper pens, so they apparently weren't having lights out fishing themselves.
