Glenn, JD, and I all decided to take advantage of the forecasted nice weather and launched out of Ft Spokane again. We were chipping ice out of our eyelets for the first three hours; it was supposed be a warmer day but on the water it didn't really feel like it. We spent the day at Casino Flats, Outhouse Flats, and the flat across from Seven bays. It took all day but we ground out a 48 fish limits of eyes. Almost all were between 16 and 21 inches; we had one 15 1/2 inch eye. Slowly dragging jigs was once again the key. Green and chartreuse worked best. The main river vis is 10 ft. and at Casino and the launch the water is no longer muddy but vis is still only about 3 ft.
