Well another day in class learning about Walleye, slowly, slowly. Launched out of 7 Bays because we heard there was only 1 usable lane at Ft. Spokane and found that there was only 1 lane at 7 Bays also. Tried the flats across from the launch and Outhouse and Casino Flats. It was cold and windy on the big river and we weren't doing any good so we went up the Arm and finally managed 4 eaters all below the first narrows. At least if the fishing was going to be slow it was warm and pleasant on the Arm. Got checked by F&G in the afternoon and they said the best catch they had checked was a boat with 13 fish. The Arm was cloudier than the big river but was a normal sort of cloudy not that brown stuff from a couple of weeks ago. Law of averages says if I stay after them a good day will be had eventually, right?
