Not rated a 4 for the "catching" portion of fishing, but it was certainly nice to get out and enjoy the outdoors!

I hiked down to the mouth of the Kettle River with my 11 month old son to try a few casts. Got no bites but the gentlemen on the other side of the mouth had caught about 4 while I was there. I don't know if he was snagging walleye or bass though? Not sure what I was doing wrong but I'll figure it out another day. The water was very muddy as the output from the Kettle is running strong.

It was nice to have the "freedom" to fish, and I think the little guy had fun playing in the clay and rocks too.
