Headed out to Storm lake for "opening day". Was not overly crowded which was nice. Started around 7 am with a pink top God's Tooth spoon and targeted fish in the top 5' of the water column. Rotated God's tooth patterns which included hammered copper, green top, firetiger, orange top, silver shiner, gold shiner, and frog. God blessed with approximately 77 fish and all were safely released to fight another day. The highlight was a 19" triploid. The video below shows some of the action for the day.
