Arrived just at sunrise to find no surface activity. Decided to start on the edge of the weedbeds and in the first couple minutes hooked. Action was consistent all morning on a blob flies and dropper nymphs. There was an almost 90 minute period where I had a fish on at least every 3 minutes and by 9 AM the bite had slowed considerably. The hot color was pink!
