For several years Alta was consistently producing Kokanee but the past few years it has been tough going. For reasons unknown the Kokanee planted by WDFW didn't take. I went back this year hoping for improvement and immediately marked several promising schools. It didn't take long to get the bite dialed in and limited in a few hours on some new 3D printed lures provided by a subscriber.

Fish were between 20-30' deep and hitting both pink and chartreuse lures behind dodgers. Lures were tipped with corn. Fish average 11-12".
