We Fished the Tulalip Bubble, the water was very cloudy (probably from the massive rain storm the night before), it was a packed house with many boats, saw one fish lost at the boat and that was it for action. We did not catch anything, didn't mark any fish on the fish finder, and we didn't see a bait ball until after noon towards 1 pm. On the way back to the Everett boat launch we saw some whales next to Jetty Island upon closer inspection we were able to see they were Orcas going after a bait ball (salmon?). We fished spoons and herring. Changed out color of the spoons frequently and colors of flasher. The herring was never touched.
