Normally Hicks is a slam dunk, but I haven’t been there in a year. It looks like the lake has been poisoned out. The lily pads are pretty much gone anywhere there is a house. Water level seemed pretty low as well. Only fish caught was a big rainbow on a 5 inch Senko that was being dead-sticked. Fish was easily 20+ inches. But, no bass. Lots of bluegills on beds and tons of baby bass. Maybe the fish were off the bank on the drop off.
