Hit the lake around 5:30 PM and it was a typical Sunday afternoon "washing machine" with tons of chop from large boat wakes. I made my way south from the Kenmore launch and fished near the north end of Mercer Island. First line in the water at 6:15 PM and wrapped up at about 8:00 PM with five nice Kokanee. The fish were in the 13" - 15" range and all fell for a pink magic BMCP baited with cured corn and Berkley maggots. This evening the fish were out in deeper water with most coming in the 150' range with 75' on the wire. Trolling speeds were 1.2 - 1.4 and the usual twists and turns to keep them guessing.
