'Twas a beautiful day on the lake, but not enough wind to get much of a bite. The water is real clear, and about 56 degrees. We saw a lot of bass on beds, the problem, they saw us first. A light chop on this lake seems to bring out bass that otherwise are more interested in the spawn right now. Still managed to play 3 nice bass and had a great time on the lake. But a word of caution. If you are launching a boat, and you want to avoid a major crowd at the launch, get there early and leave before noon, otherwise pack a sack lunch and riot gear....I will be fishing this lake again, I will let you know what I find. And to the lady that was at the launch ramp this fine day. Put your glasses BACK on before you start yelling at the guy in the red and silver truck. Your husband won't be quite so embarrassed by all the yelling your doing at HIM, and you will SEE, that nobody cut in front of him. Or you could always repaint your truck bright orange, that way, you will know your truck from everyone else's that may be red and silver....Until next time,........"keep your line wet"...
