Day 2 of our whitefish adventure started out rough! We woke up to a ton of smoke from the fires. Thankfully we had some respirators packed just in case. We hit the water in the morning and decided to change our set up to a drop shot weight with 3 short snelled hooks tied to the mainline. This was a game changer and we started stacking whitefish like cord wood. We had two limits and decided to head home early due to the smoke. I can't wait to go back and catch more of these tasty fish.
