You never know with these small lakes whether or not they will winter kill or more recently summer kill with the droughts. We hoped to drive up but found the 8" snow just a tad too deep for the Toyota RAV4 so we hiked the last 1.5 miles. It didn't take long to find a few fish through the ice and we enjoyed a beautiful half day of ice fishing in the Methow. Sidra caught more fish than I did but we caught them on a variety of colors.
