I'm still living in Texas and have been taking advantage of the mild winters here to do a lot of fishing. Sunday I went down to lake Corpus Christi state park and finally caught one of my "missing" species- White Bass. I think they should plant some of these in WA they generally have pretty big populations and would probably do well in a few locations. Anyways I caught 3 white bass and two small Largemouths for a decent day overall. The high temp was probably around 70 down there, so a good day to be out except for the wind.
