Spring is coming! I had to see how my favorite lake is coming along, & boy I picked a nice day for it. I caught a long skinny cutthroat just east of the weather bouy at 29ft on a wedding ring & dodger. (First fish of the year!) Unfortunately I didn't get back into em again, & growing restless decided to look for bass. I knew it was a bit early to chuck a ned rig at the docks, but I did it anyway & earned a lil smallmouth for my stubbornness. (First bass of the year!) The smolt should be released soon, & the fish just decimate em! I'll be back for that feeding frenzy soon.
