Battle Ground Lake was recently stocked and the fishing was great as expected. Nothing of any immense size but I took the opportunity to try out a variety of lures and some cool little micro-crankbaits that I had picked up. Fish were feeding in the upper part of the water column and seemed to be concentrated in an area rich with cotton on the surface. A fun day on a pretty little lake.
