Munden's Rising Son Adventures has just completed their first week of Summer Chinook and Sockeye fishing! We had great fishing this week, even though the conditions are different than most years. The Columbia is flowing very low and has warm water temperatures. This is causing the fish to push up river very fast and they are not holding very long, if at all, in their typical areas. It has made for some tougher fishing, but with our experience, we have been able to adjust and provide awesome opportunities for our clients each day! We are trolling 360 flashers and gear for our kings and shrimp and dodgers for the sockeye. Most of the Summer fish are suspended in the system. we use 8-16 oz. lead to target these fish. Currently, we are booking for late July and Early August in the Brewster pool. This is awesome King and sockeye fishing and we would love to have you out!
