We spent 6 hours on Possession Wednesday 8/25. The first 4 were on the westside and were a waste of time seeing very little and catching nothing.
Moved to the northeast side and fished the slot for the low tide change and caught 4. Three hatchery coho and 1 pink. Lost a bunch too.
We pulled the 3 coho out of this bait ball. The school of fish on it must have been all hatchery coho. Anyone know if hatchery fish stay together or was it just luck that all we caught were hatchery?
